Return Eligibility

We offer full refunds for eligible items returned within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your swimwear.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The protective hygiene liner must remain in place and intact.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

  • Once your return is approved and your return label is issued, the return must be shipped within 5 business days.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, swimwear without the protective liner cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We stand by the quality of our swimwear. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@meenaswims.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damage. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for eligible items.
